Returns
How to return your item
We really hope you're satisfied with your purchase from Sunsets & Secrets. But if you're not, no worries! We’ll provide a refund for any item you’re not happy with, as long as it’s within 7 days of receiving your order and the item is in resaleable condition.
All products must be sent back in their original packaging with all tags still attached, and in an unused and resalable state. We will not accept returns for items that display any indications of being worn. If a product is returned to us that has been worn, used, damaged, or is otherwise unsellable, we maintain the right to deny your refund. Alternatively, we may choose to lower your refund amount to account for any decrease in the product’s value.
Pierced Jewellery
For hygiene reasons and to ensure your safety, earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned.

We are unable to provide an exchange or refund for any personalized jewellery orders.
